Meat Loaf
2 Pounds Lean ground beef
1 Cup Skim milk
½ Cup Ground Flaxseed
½ Dry bread crumbs
½ Cup Chopped onion
1 Beaten egg
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Teaspoon Black pepper
1 Teaspoon Garlic pepper
1 Teaspoon Dry mustard
½ Celery salt
¼ Ground thyme
¼ Cup Ketchup
In a large bowl, combine beef, milk, ground flax, crumbs, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, garlic, mustard, celery salt and thyme. Mix well. Pat mixture into a 22x13x8 cm (9x5x3 inch) loaf pan. Spread ketchup over the top of loaf. Bake at 180° (350°F) 1 to 1 ½ hours, until no pink remains. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes. Remove from pan, place on platter to serve.
