Almond and Soymilk Smoothie

3 Cups organic soy, almond or rice milk

4 Ice cubes

1/3 Cup almond butter

2 Large ripe bananas, broken into three pieces

3 Tablespoons Organic Ground Flaxseed2 Tablespoons pure maple syrup

Combine the ingredients into a blender cup. Cover and blend on high smooth for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.

Serving Size: About 5 cups
